Order Tracking

Once your order is processed (within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday), you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

  • Some orders may arrive sooner; however, delays may occur due to factors such as COVID-19.

Sizing Information

We do not offer a universal size chart because our inventory comes from various vendors, and sizing may vary.

  • We strive to include helpful details in product descriptions regarding fit (e.g., if an item runs small, large, or is true to size).

  • Whenever possible, we provide vendor-specific size charts.

Note: We are unable to recommend specific sizes. Please review item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

International Delivery

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

We offer store credit for eligible returns, with a prepaid return shipping label provided by us. Please review the details below:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and include all original tags.

  • As a small business, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Once the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item in its original condition, store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued.

Partial Store Credit:
If the item is returned without meeting the above requirements (e.g., missing tags, worn, or damaged), only 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued as store credit.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.

  2. Provide all required evidence (e.g., photos) within 7 days of your initial inquiry.

  3. Once verified, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Items purchased using discount codes.

  • Accessories, white clothing items, bodysuits, and undergarments.

No exceptions will be made.
